		<description>Word press is good..To be honest, the best way is to learn PHP with Mysql database. This is the language/database of choice for most web backend programmers. I use mysql on my pc with php and they are very flexible, but a learning curve is there.
What might be best is to use one of the open source programs that are available, and look into learning about php/mysql then you can tweak the existing programs or even write your own.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

Mambo is now called Joomla, Joomla is VERY good.
