Can anyone tell, which Content management system this website uses? Perhaps looking at the logo on the title on the browser, red dots in a circle? I have seen it a lot, but just cant figure out which CMS it is. Please help.

not everybody uses a CMS, here are some I know of and the most popular: mambo, joomla, Drupal, WordPress, dotnetnuke, theres plenty try looking up fantastico theres a huge list of them.
