I should imagine that the CMS system under discussion has been specifically set up for the retailer and allows customers to browse and order products on line. Making changes to an existing system (adding prices or changing produce) should be no harder than uploading photos and making changes to a Facebook page. Of course, without knowing the CMS system or your background, it would be hard to know whether you could do it but most 20 year olds would manage something like this without problems and most 50 year olds would struggle but could work it out if they needed to.
