What content management system does barack obama’s website use?

Just curious… B. O.’s site seems very slick… does it use a Content Management System? Joomla? Drupal or something custom?
I am not 100% on who made that site, but I believe you could mirror it pretty closely with Joomla. If you are looking to start a site like that, you can instantly install Joomla when you get http://www.GotHosting.org/ hosting. The same goes for Drupal. I have a site http://www.WebDevXChange.com that uses drupal if you are looking for comparisons.
