What is a good freeware content management thing? for websites?

Are there any good content management things for websites?

Freeware?

Which is the best one? thanks!

It depends on how complex the Web site you’re trying to manage is.

If you need a simple blog with only 1 user: wordpress.org

If you are managing a complex site but only have a few "editors": Plone

If you have a large site with many users and need workflow management, version control, etc: Drupal, or start paying $$$

    I myself use xoops,

however, most of these require PHP, MySQL, and content to manage (use and organize)
