    TONS OF CRUNCHES! Also do some squad-thrusts. Those kind of hurt but they work really well.

    Run your ass off! LOL! And eat plenty of fruits and salads. Don’t be afraid of fats. Fats are good for helping you lose weight. Good fats anyway, such as, avocado, olive oil and "flax seed"! Flax seed oil is excellent for losing weight!

    So, go running in the morning or if you have an elliptical do that to avoid impact. Drink a lot of water before you exercise. After getting all super sweaty from your cardio in the morning drink water. Remember to drink plenty of water. Water in its self is great for losing weight. Then, for breakfast make yourself a smoothie with fresh orange juice and frozen berries or just eat fruit. Then, for lunch make a salad with lettuce, and tomatoes, avocado and just all your favorite vegetables. To make the dressing put 1 cup of olive oil and 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar and then a little sea salt and pepper and some basil. For a snack if you get hungry before dinner eat some almonds. Do the same as lunch for dinner. Oh, and drizzle some flax seed oil on your salad. Don’t worry about protein. Did you know that almonds have 14 grams of protein per 1/4 cup? Remember its best if all this is organic. If you have a health food store near you you should get all the stuff there. Eat fresh and raw and live healthy kiddo! Good luck with prom!

    fruits and veggies as well as a little meat. Eat big for breakfest and small meals for the rest of the day. As for working out try lifting weights and jogging you’ll feel and look better in two weeks!
