This video might be a bit confusing. Stop to pause. This is not anything ground-breaking, just a simple example. But quite efficient.
Step 1: Find a weak upload script that has been named.
Step 2: Search for the script with a search engine. Google works great.
Step 3: Upload your php script and take control.
I actually took control of my own website with this method coz I forgot my ftp password, lol. So this can be used for good ^^
