there is no C, C++ …
there is no C, C++ or any other platform based language in webdesign (exept one).
It’s HTML, PHP, JS, CSS, MySQL, eventually Java, Flash, Silverlight, ASP, XML, …
Photoshop and other skillz …
You don’t need to study, but you should. There are programs taht do some cool stuff on there own. But good websites are still made by professionals and not by a amateur with expressions studio or something.
